Der Lehrgang war insgesamt sehr gut strukturiert und praxisnah aufgebaut. Die Inhalte waren verständlich erklärt und gut auf den Detailhandel abgestimmt. Besonders positiv fand ich die Kombination aus Theorie und praxisbezogenen Beispielen, wodurch ich das Gelernte gut anwenden konnte. Die Dozierenden waren kompetent, freundlich und unterstützend. Fragen wurden ernst genommen und verständlich beantwortet. Die Organisation des Lehrgangs war grösstenteils klar und übersichtlich. Insgesamt fühle ich mich sehr gut auf die Prüfung sowie auf die Arbeit im Verkauf vorbereitet. Vielen Dank für die lehrreiche und angenehme Zeit. Sehr professionell

Die Auswahl und Strukturierung des Lehrgangs war praxisnah,abwechslungsreich und fachlich auf hohem Niveau. Auch die Wahl der Dozenten war gut. Fachlich top und immer bereit, auf Fragen oder Unsicherheiten einzugehen - das hat den Lehrgang persönlich und angenehm gemacht. Die Schulleitung zeigt sich engagiert, modern und klar am Lernerfolg der Teilnehmenden orientiert.

Der Lehrgang war und ist super gelaufen. Wenn ich Probleme oder Anliegen hatte, konnte ich mich immer an die Schulleitung wenden. Man wurde sehr gut unterstützt. Grosses Lob an die Schulleitung und jeden einzelnen Dozenten.
