Die Organisation (Vorbereitung/Zusenden) des Lernstoffes und die Lernziele fand ich sehr gut und praktisch. Stets rasche und hilfreiche Antworten. Die Rückmeldungen zu den Lernzielen fand ich immer sehr hilfreich.

Organisation fand ich soweit gut. Kursablauf war ok. Rückmeldungen von Lernzielkontrollen fand ich ein wenig zu kleinlich. Kursunterlagen waren attraktiv zu lesen, jedoch kamen an der Prüfung diverse Aufgaben welche so nicht im Ordner standen. Die Probeprüfungeb fand ich zu einfach. Bitte dort die Schwierigkeit erhöhen damit sie einigermassen dem Niveau der Prüfung entspricht. Preis für den Aufwand extrem hoch. Meine Verbesserungsvorschläge sind: Prüfungsrelevantere Praxisbeispiele einbringen. Den Inhalt so gestalten dass alles was an den Prüfungen kommt auch zur Verfügung steht

Lernplattform Lernbar, selbständig erlernbar ohne Vorkenntnisse, guter Preis. Als einziger Mangel finde ich, man wird zu wenig Kontaktiert/Nachgefragt wie es denn so läuft. Es hat sich nie jemand von sich aus über mich Erkundigt. Dies ist der einzige negative Punkt welcher ich erwähnen kann.

Man kann sich die Unterlagen selbstständig aneignen, hat aber durch die jeweilige Abgabe der Lernzielkontrolle auch eine bestimmte Selbst- und Fernkontrolle.

Die Unterlagen sehr gut, die Male, die ich Kontakt mit euch hatte, sehr gut. der hohe Preis weniger gut. Es wäre praktisch gewesen, die kartei aufzuzeichnen, ich habe es selbst gemacht und es hat perfekt zum Lernen funktioniert.

Eine Möglichkeit zur Prüfungseinsicht wäre für mich sehr wichtig! Ohne Prüfungseinsicht weiss ich kaum wo ich Fehler gemacht haben könnte und wo ich mich verbessern muss... Etwas hoher Preis für ausschliesslich Fernunterricht. Wahrscheinlich bedingt durch die Pandemiesituation. Evtl. kleinen Covid-Rabatt gewähren...

Man konnte sich die Zeit immer flexibel einteilen und hatte nie einen Zeitdruck oder den Stress ständig an einem Unterricht anwesend sein zu müssen.

Es kommt doch sehr drauf an, ob ich als "Neuling" lerne, oder als bereits in einem Betrieb integrierte Fachkraft. Ich selber (als Ersteres) habe mich rundum gut geführt und über Allem gut und fachlich versiert geschult, so wie auch kompetent aufgehoben gefühlt. An der Prüfung selber hatte ich jedoch den Eindruck, dass die Lernmethoden so ziemlich auseinander gingen. Der eine hat (Euer) Tool und dessen Lernbereich sozusagen kostenlos von einem/einer Kollegen/Kollegin erhalten, der Andere kam aus der Gastronomie und mit viel Erfahrung, oder aber auch, wie auch ich in der jetzigen, problematischen Zeitperiode mit Corona, eher mit Eurem Fernkurs im Homeoffice zur Online-Lernbar. Ich habe mich am Tag der Prüfung sehr gut gefühlt, kam sehr motiviert und positiv an und habe mich dementsprechend auch gefordert und bewertend hingegeben. Es kam wie es kommen musste/sollte/gewünscht war... super! Bravo, der Rahmen und die Fragen haben im Ganzen gepasst. Man kann nicht alles auswendig lernen

Ich konnte selbstständig in meinem Tempo, zu meinen Zeiten lernen. Für mich war dies die perfekte Kombination, obwohl es manchmal viel Selbstdiziplin forderte. Die Kursbetreuung hat auch immer sehr schnell geantwortet, was für mich extrem hilfreich war, kurz vor der Prüfung.

Ich fühlte mich gut betreut. Vielleicht ein-zweimal mehr nachfragen, wie man mit dem Lernen vorwärts kommt oder wann oder wie man starten soll mit Lernen etc. Vielleicht etwas engere Betreuung, obwohl es ja ein Fernstudium ist.

Ich habe mich für diese Art von lernen entschieden, um im eigenem Tempo zu lernen und um nicht vor Ort in einem Unterricht zu sitzen. Die Abwechslung zwischen Lernstoff im Ordner und den dazugehörigen Lernkarten waren super um das gelernte zu festigen.

Die Kursunterlagen brauchen mehr Übungen. Im Vergleich mit dem Wirtenpatent das man in der Schule ausübt hat es zum Teil noch Lücken. Zum Beispiel Thema Lokalvervot. Insgesamt sehr gut.

Die Kursunterlagen brauchen mehr Praxisbeispiele. Bemerkungen zu den Kursunterlagen: In den Unterlagen (auch Lernkarten) habe ich etliche Schreibfehler gefunden. Diese sollten mal korrigiert werden. Mache ich gerne gegen ein Entgelt....
