The Institute for Systemic Development and Training (IEF) was founded back in 1967 to promote and apply the then newly established family therapy approach. Today, our teaching and counseling practice is based on systemic resource- and solution-oriented principles. Our view of humanity is based on humanistic values and concepts of self-organization and self-responsibility. We place particular emphasis on professional networking between practice and teaching. All our lecturers work in the field of counseling and therefore know exactly what they are talking about. You too can choose the IEF! Our offer is not only open to all those who come from the field of psychosociology, but also to people who want to reflect on their work with supervision or master coaching and team development in relation to their leadership activities. This broad spectrum of clients as well as our wide range of topics, in the variety of similarities and differences, always brings us new insights and experiences that guarantee the quality of our offer.
