The NPPM training program is aimed at employees in public administration and the NPO sector. It is aimed at managers at all levels, people with project management, product or process responsibility and junior managers.
The NPPM focuses on the topics of public and non-profit management as well as accounting and controlling for the public sector and NPOs. New findings from research and consulting are continuously incorporated into the further education courses. Particular attention is paid to the maintenance, expansion and networking of existing courses with municipal and cantonal partner institutions throughout Northwestern Switzerland.
We offer our partners from public administration and the non-profit sector holistic support with practice-oriented continuing education, further training, research and consulting. We promote the sustainable development of these sectors by networking science and practice.
Transfer of knowledge and technology
Competent, experienced and practice-oriented lecturers and academic staff with their up-to-date know-how guarantee the high quality of the training and further education courses, both professionally and didactically.
Projects commissioned by companies as well as application-oriented tasks such as moderated working groups, training of own situations, case studies from the participants' everyday life or guided individual work and structured work in well-managed, manageable groups help to put what has been learned into practice quickly and easily.
