ChampionshipFor us, achieving mastery in our dealings with people and in our own relationship with nature means - in line with a Far Eastern understanding of the term "mastery" - embarking on a lifelong journey of learning and experience. This in the knowledge that this path is also the goal.
AuthenticNature education is based on deepening your own relationship with nature. It is easier to take specialist knowledge, materials and yourself out into nature than to try to squeeze nature with all its impressions into a conference room. That's why the "mastery" takes place exclusively outside, in the great outdoors. We experience the elements, the weather, nature and its inhabitants directly. In addition, our lecturers combine sound knowledge from their specialist areas with their own work with people in nature, i.e. they work and teach in a practical and authentic way.
Nature education:Intensive, holistic encounters with nature enrich the lives of people of all ages and are steps on the path to a conscious, loving relationship with nature, our fellow human beings and ourselves. Nature is a place of rest, play, work, identification, initiation and much more. It provides the phenomena, objects and materials that inspire creative, manual or playful activities as well as environmental learning. Didactic double-decker: In the master class, we teach the basics and methods for nature education work with people - and also apply these methods in the course itself, as examples, to teach further course content.
"In "normal" life, I almost completely lack the peace and quiet to enter into deeper contact with the world around us. My environment - whether plant, animal or earth - can give me great strength. Here in 'Mastery' I find guidance and time to experience my fellow world and a new friendship with nature grows within me. I know that it can only grow if I spend time outdoors in nature with openness and affection.
I find a sense of security among the other participants and the great management. The competent instructors impart practice-oriented knowledge that inspires me to become active in nature education." (one participant)
"The Mastery is the most touching and best continuing education, further training I have ever attended - and that as a teacher, after so many courses " (one participant)
Values: We live in mastery in and with nature. For us, this also means respecting nature and all forms of life. We set up our camp as carefully as possible, respect fire by not burning any waste, use high-quality, predominantly vegetarian and organically produced food from local organic stores in the kitchen and leave no non-degradable residues from the kitchen or toilet. We continuously teach our students how to set an example and how to organize themselves in nature.
There is a lot of heart in this continuing education, further training. The "mastery" should constantly evolve, adapt to changing needs and continue to accompany committed, motivated and lovable participants on their journey into nature with other people.
The "Mastery" is aimed at anyone who wants to work with people in nature and realize their own projects.
It appeals to people who are looking for fresh ideas, skills and abilities.
It enables you to work with people of different ages in nature.
The continuing education, further training is completed with a course certificate.
We are convinced that people who look after children, young people and adults in the great outdoors should be familiar with three aspects.
- The skill of mastering life in nature
- Pedagogical principles, specific to working in nature
- A personal, reflective relationship with nature
We have combined these aspects in the championship.
It lasts 20 days and includes the following training content:
Life in nature (fire & rope techniques) and fire cooking / basics of nature education / methodology & didactics nature play group-forest kindergarten up to 12 years (optional modules) / knowledge of flora & fauna / project management / psychology / first aid for children / fire cooking.
