The continuing education program is aimed at specialists and managers from all disciplines with a need for scientifically sound and practice-oriented training in finance.

Knowledge is imparted at the highest level. This is also confirmed by the EQUIS and AACSB seals of approval that our faculty holds. The lecturers are generally professors and lecturers from the University of Zurich, one of the leading business universities in Europe.

The content focus and time required can be determined individually, and individual courses can be credited towards further courses thanks to the modular structure. In addition to the Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) and the Diploma in Advanced Studies (DAS) in Finance, we also offer various certificate programs and individual courses. The most important topics in finance are covered, from corporate finance, asset management & derivatives, company valuation and taxes to newer topics such as behavioral finance, FinTech, risk management and sustainable finance.

E-learning and block courses allow independence in terms of time and location. In 2006, the Institute of Banking and Finance was awarded Europe's most important media didactics prize (MEDIDA) for this teaching approach.
