The University of Teacher Education Bern is one of the largest universities of teacher education in Switzerland, active in the training and continuing education, further training of teachers and school leaders as well as in research and development. It offers degree programs for all school levels as well as a comprehensive range of continuing education, further training courses. In addition, the PHBern offers a wide range of services.
The Institute for Continuing Education, Further Training and Services at the PHBern is one of the largest competence centers for teachers, school management and schools in Switzerland. Teachers are supported throughout their careers - at several locations in the city of Bern and advisory centers in the canton of Bern - in practicing their profession competently and developing themselves further.
