The Dolittle Institute is a small, highly specialized and since 2020 EduQua-certified teaching and therapy institute for animals.

Our courses are well-founded and practice-oriented, and the varied teaching structure helps you to absorb and internalize the learning material effortlessly.

The courses offered are not "quick fixes", but are comparable to adult education courses in terms of the scope of learning and teaching style. This requires a certain degree of personal responsibility as well as a willingness to do homework and in-depth self-study.
Questions about the course content are answered in the class chat for the duration of the course, even during non-teaching times (personal support and guidance from the lecturers); if required, there is also the additional offer of practice evenings and personal coaching sessions for targeted, individual consolidation of theory and practice (practice evenings and coaching sessions are not included in the tuition costs).

The requirements for our courses are as follows:

• Openness to new / different ways of thinking
• Possibility & willingness for self-study & homework (at least 3 - 5 h / week)
• no fear of animals (experience in handling animals an advantage)
• No intake of psychotropic drugs and drugs, sufficiently stable mental condition
• The language of instruction is Swiss German / High German
• Minimum age: Adult (from 18 years; recommended from 30 years)
• Not suitable as initial training for school leavers

Our training institute is not wheelchair accessible or equipped for people with special needs. If you are interested in our courses, please contact us in advance so that we can discuss our options and how to proceed.

Our core offer consists of the comprehensive teaching concept of the Swiss Animal Communication Association (BVTKS) and includes a step-by-step structure for the animal communication courses from "Professional" (comprehensive basic training) to "Master" (details can be found on our institute website).

BVTKS studies in Holistic Animal Communication & Mediumship:

Comprehensive basic training for beginners

Here we learn the comprehensive, professional, ethical and spiritual foundations for a well-founded and serious way of working, get to know the nature and consciousness of animals better through many of our own animal communications and case studies, learn how to deal with clients in an empathetic, situational and goal-oriented way and are taught a wide range of inspiring content and tools that serve as a stable basis for the professional practice of animal communication.

Conscientious, cross-species understanding forms a basis for harmonious coexistence with animals and for any further training, treatment and therapy that should not be underestimated.

 

Modules / Dates:Once a month on a weekend (Saturday / Sunday; see Institute website for dates) to accompany work and family life

Costs:5'200.- CHF (10 modules of 2 days each; 18 days minimum attendance time)

Conclusion:Theoretical intermediate examination, diploma thesis / supervision, diploma with (trademarked) professional title "Holistic Animal Communicator BVTKS®"

Successful completion of the course entitles the graduate to join the BVTKS (1st year of membership free of charge).

ReSilence Therapist® for animals:

Comprehensive training for animal lovers

This unique course is the first to combine scientific findings from animal psychology with complementary medicine and energy work.

The work of a ReSilence® animal therapist includes in particular

• Comprehensive advice for animal owners with regard toKeeping, care, feeding and health carefor dogs, cats and horses
• Supplementary, complementary medical advice and therapeutic support for stress (Psychosomatics & behavioral disorders)
• Supportive feeding approaches & feed supplements (manufacturer independent)
• Targeted energy work for treatment, prophylaxis & harmonization
• Various possible combinations of the holistic ReSilence® therapy concept

Costs:8'640.- CHF (13 modules of 2 days each, except module 4 is 3 days due to the amount of material; 25 days minimum attendance time)

ReSilence® animal energizer:

Targeted training in energy work with animals

This course is part of the comprehensive training to become a ReSilence Therapist® for animals, but focuses on the various methods of energy work with animals.These are modules 4 + 5 and 9 - 13 of the therapist training program.

• Health care for dogs, cats and horses, especially with regard to psychological and psychosomatic issues
• Advice on signs of stress and negative effects on the animal's psyche and body
• Targeted energy work for prophylaxis & harmonization (various techniques)
• Can be combined in a variety of ways

Modules / dates: once a month on a weekend (Saturday / Sunday; see Institute website for dates) to accompany work and family life

Costs: 4'800.- CHF (7 modules of 2 days each, except module 4 is 3 days due to the amount of material; 14 days minimum attendance time)

Completion: written case documentation, certificate

Successful completion entitles the graduate to free entry in the BVTKS directory of therapists.
