This point is particularly important to us because we want to prepare you optimally for your responsible work. After all, therapy can only go as deep as you yourself have gone as a therapist.

99 percent lies dormant in our unconscious. As a H.I.T.T.® therapist, you support people in recognizing the origin of their problems and illnesses, consciously working through obstructive beliefs and integrating unlived soul parts. The aim is to achieve health in the sense of the Greek 'holos' for wholeness. The H.I.T.T.® method was developed by the German hypnosis researcher Werner J. Meinhold. The focus is on conscious hypnosis in combination with depth psychology. H.I.T.T.® is suitable for accompanying psychological, physical and psychosomatic illnesses, as well as for personality development. An important prerequisite for the success of the therapy is the attitude of our therapists: At H.I.T.T.® they accompany their clients as free as possible from suggestive influence. Our philosophy: Holistic therapy at eye level.
It is now known from brain research that most of our imprints are formed at the very beginning of our lives.
Only in a state of hypnosis do we have access to the layers of the brain in which these earliest imprints are stored. With the H.I.T.T.® method, imprints (traumas) can be detected and dissolved at the same level of the brain in which they originated.

Hypno-Integrative Depth Psychology Therapy H.I.T.T. ®
Diploma: "Therapist for Depth Psychological Hypnosis H.I.T.T. ®"
As a H.I.T.T.® therapist, you support people in recognizing the origin of their problems and illnesses, consciously working through obstructive beliefs and integrating unlived soul parts.
- the H.I.T.T.® method works with "conscious hypnosis" (clients themselves can thus recognize unconscious parts of the psyche and their influence on their personality)
- depth-psychological development and phase theory, psycho-physiological principles, holistic approach (body, soul, spirit)
- Practical exercises in small working groups
- Own teaching analysis (self-awareness, personality development, recognizing blind spots, etc.) in order to avoid transference in therapy
Course start: from summer 2024
Autogenic training (original according to Schultz) + Autogenic Training PLUS
Diploma: "Seminar leader autogenic training basic level"
This diploma also includes psycho-physiological basics, which are only taught by the GTH in this package. We therefore call our seminar "Autogenic Training PLUS". The AT lower level is not only about physical relaxation or even the rapid elimination of illnesses and their symptoms, but also about the depth-psychologically oriented questioning of why, for example, stress is felt or why certain illnesses could occur in a person.
- original autogenic training according to Schultz (aim of the relaxation method: to calm body and mind). In addition to psychotherapy, autogenic training is also of interest for internal medicine, dermatology and immunology.
