About psychoanalytic psychotherapy
Psychoanalytic psychotherapy is derived from psychoanalysis and is an exciting, profound and interesting form of therapy that places particular emphasis on personal self-awareness.
Psychoanalytic psychotherapy captures the patient's suffering in connection with the psychodynamics and the interplay of psychological development, relationships, feelings, the current situation, the symptoms and their origin in unconscious conflicts.
In psychoanalytic psychotherapy, special attention is paid to unconscious processes that can be experienced in the relationship between patient and therapist in the form of transference and countertransference.
Psychoanalytical psychotherapy requires the therapist to be touchable and to be touched.
Psychoanalytical psychotherapy is suitable for the treatment of many mental disorders, including severe ones, in outpatient, inpatient and day-care settings. Many scientific studies have proven its effectiveness.
In addition to the theoretical seminars, great importance is attached to practical psychotherapeutic work on individual cases. Learning and practicing in fixed groups of trainees quickly helps them to apply the theory to their own therapeutic work.
Anyone who understands psychotherapeutic work in this sense and enjoys working in this way will experience a great deal of satisfaction in continuing education, further training and its implementation and will broaden their horizons in life.
