Sehr sympathische Organisation. Man geht auf die Wünsche der Teilnehmenden ein. Unkompliziert und offen. Die Kursunterlagen fand ich eher altmodisch. Zum Teil nicht gut geordnet. Kurs könnte man gut um 4 Tage kürzen. Der Kurs wird künstlich in die Länge gezogen. Themenwahl müsste überdacht werden. Kursleitende sind qualitativ sehr unterschiedlich unterwegs.

Der Lehrgang war sehr interessant und lehrreich. Um dann gleich als Berufsbeistand einzusteigen braucht es dennoch viel Mut und Durchhaltewillen bei der Stellensuche ohne ein Studium.
