  The management training courses for lower to middle management in SMEs and administrations are held in workshops lasting several days. They have a modular structure and the main topics are adapted to your needs. Participants work in a practical and solution-oriented manner. Situations from their own day-to-day work are dealt with. We rely on the positive leadership approach with the PERMA lead model.
• Workshops and training courses
  Our training courses and workshops lasting one to several days are suitable for your employees. The topics range from A for active listening to Z for time management. In addition to technical content, we also support you in team development processes.
• Coaching and specialist advice
