The sole proprietorship "C&H", founded by Heidi Bürer-Gmünder in 1998, became "C&H-Beratungen, Kurse, Seminare GmbH" in 2005. The purpose of the company, run by Christoph and Heidi Bürer-Gmünder, is to offer events in all areas of personal development. In particular, psychological, medial and astrological life coaching, yoga courses, specialist training, vacation courses, specialist seminars and exercise circles.
C&H Beratungen, Kurse, Seminare GmbH has been a specialist school for sensitivity, mediumship, trance, spiritual healing and psychological astrology for over 25 years and builds on the foundations of psychology, philosophy, parapsychology, astrology and spiritualism. Topics include: Meditation, personal development, life coaching, psychology, symbolic language, archetypes, laws of destiny, philosophy, world religions, spiritualism and spiritualism, sensitivity, perception and altered states of consciousness, development of mediumistic abilities, trance mediumship and physical mediumship, communication, presentation and rhetoric, recovery support and spiritual healing.

Chriistoph and Heidi Bürer-Gmünder use tools such as heart work (theme constellations), planetary constellations (horoscope/life plan), emotional, spiritual, energetic perception and medial trance (trance healing) to work on various altered states of consciousness in order to free inhibited forces and to make hidden potentials conscious and to be able to use them.
C&H Beratungen, Kurse, Seminare GmbH is a course and circle provider for meditation, spirituality, sensitivity, mediumship, trance (English spiritualism) and spiritual healing. On fortnightly evenings, participants practise under professional guidance, discovering and developing their hidden abilities. Regular practice is the prerequisite for being able to make more and more meaningful use of one's own potential in life.

The regular practice of Hatha Yoga harmonizes the nervous system, increases the flexibility of the whole body, especially the spine, and promotes blood circulation and strengthens the entire organism. The ability to concentrate, mental and willpower are improved and we feel more content and relaxed inside.
