In the"CAS Business Psychology - New Trends"will focus on the latest trends in work and organizational psychology. The core topics are the digitalization of the world of work, cyberpsychology, new work and newer concepts such as social sustainability, social change, new forms of employee coaching and branding as well as resilience at work and for health.
The"CAS Business Psychology - Health"focuses on employees and the long-term maintenance of their ability to work. It covers topics such as working conditions, work objectives, tasks, workplaces, working hours and breaks, work equipment and social working conditions such as group work, team atmosphere, emotional work and work conflicts. Participants learn to analyze and evaluate working conditions and know how to optimize them in order to reduce workload and work risks.
