TheInterlaken Education Center bziis an institution of the Canton of Berne and covers professions in the following areasConstruction, wood, technology, gastronomy, health, social services and the economy.

Tofour school locations (Interlaken, Interlaken Mittengraben, Unterseen and Frutigen)future professionals are trained in 21 different professions. These are divided into the following three vocational departments: Health & Social Affairs, Wood, Commercial-Industrial Professions and Business. There are also the General Education & Sport, Continuing Education, Further Training & Counseling and Finance & Services departments.

In addition to basic training, the bzi offers a wide and varied range of optional, support, advisory and further training courses.
