Some graduates of a CAS in Business Administration (UAS) are able to take on a management position or move up a level in the hierarchy following this course, thereby significantly increasing their salary. Other participants have already taken on such a position and use this continuing education, further training to expand their knowledge. For these participants, the qualification will not have an immediate impact on their salary, but only when they are later promoted or change jobs.
