How do the "EFZ retail specialist" catch-up training courses work and how much will they cost me?

The preparatory courses for the qualification procedure as an EFZ retail specialist in accordance with Art. 32 can be completed while working.

• The courses last 3 or 4 semesters.
• Lessons comprise an average of 8 lessons per week and take place either on a fixed weekday or two evenings per week.
• You should plan approx. 4 hours per week for individual learning.
• The cost of the EFZ retail specialist training course is CHF 6,900-13,000.
• Additional costs for textbooks and teaching materials amount to CHF 380-590.
