In the retail trade apprenticeship to become a retail trade specialist, you will learn the following:

These skills are acquired in 5 modules in the retail trade specialist training program: Company and environment, personnel leadership and management, finance and accounting, procurement and logistics as well as sales and marketing.

How much does this retail course cost?

Continuing education, further training to become a retail trade specialist costs a total of around CHF 9,200.00 excluding federal subsidies. If you take the federally recognized Federal Professional Examination, these costs will be subsidized by the federal government and you will receive a 50% refund.
