The Engineering MSE degree program can be completed full-time or part-time and lasts as follows
The Master's degree program in Engineering requires the completion of 90 ECTS credits (1 ECTS credit = approx. 30 learning hours). This corresponds to approximately 2,700 hours of classroom teaching, self-study and the final project, including writing the Master's thesis.
The Engineering MSE courses at public universities of applied sciences are subsidized, so tuition fees are relatively low and currently (as of December 2020) amount to around CHF 700-1000 per semester. There are also additional costs for registration and possibly materials.
The MSE course is officially recognized. Students in difficult financial circumstances may receive financial support from the scholarship office of their canton of residence. Further information can be found athttps://www.ch.ch/de/stipendien-und-ausbildungsdarlehen/
