My name is Peter Braesigke. I am a seminar leader for EFT. ETF is the abbreviation for Emotional Freedom Technics. It is about tapping on energetic disturbances and thus releasing them. This meridian tapping is based on the acupuncture system, which has its origins in Chinese medicine. I became acquainted with EFT a good 12 years ago and completed all the training courses to become a coach and seminar leader. These trainings are recognized by the international professional association. Today I can also pass on my passion for this method to my course participants. In order to also have an SVEB certificate, I completed the SVEB course instructor module at the Lernwerkstatt. After that, I didn't plan any further courses or further training in adult education. However, I very quickly noticed positive effects in his lesson design and course management. This inspired me and led me to take more modules. So I did all the modules for the instructor certificate straight away and then successfully passed the professional examination to become an instructor with a federal certificate. Today, my seminars are on a different level - thanks to the instructor certificate.
The great thing about training to become a certified trainer is simply this: I very quickly put what I learned there into practice in my seminar work, which I was already doing. This took my seminars to a higher level and enabled me to bring a higher quality to my seminars. This is because I:
My different approach to group dynamics issues has had a particular influence on my further training to become a certified trainer. This is because I have shifted my focus to the overall goal and no longer just have individual participants in mind. Of course, the individual participant is important to me, but the most important goal is to be able to achieve the seminar objective as a whole. I learned so much there and I bring that into my current work as a seminar leader and trainer with a federal certificate. Because I was given very practical tools. These are tools that I can really put into practice 1:1 today. What you learn in class can really be put into practice directly and quickly.
The LWO (Lernwerkstatt Olten) has a platform on which all tools for trainers are clearly listed. This makes it very easy to integrate them into lessons as and when required. There is such a large pool of aids there that I haven't even managed to implement everything yet. However, I really appreciate the fact that this platform is available to me when I'm looking for new ideas. I can use it to get creative ideas and incorporate them into my lessons. The teaching material for trainers is also available as a course folder. I was also fascinated by the many different personalities from different sectors in the groups at the LWO. The discussions that arose as a result and the fact that we all pursued the same goal - further training for trainers. There I learned how to teach well in adult education and still achieve a common focused goal despite the many different individuals. The LWO has a very clear website and offers great customer service, which I find very exemplary. It was a very instructive time for me and I would attend this further training course again at any time and can therefore only recommend the "Adult Education Instructor" to others.
I was always impressed by the high level of competence of the course instructors during the instructor training. These are people with years of experience in adult education. They were therefore able to transfer countless examples from adult education into our lessons. I and the other participants in the instructor training were able to benefit optimally from this knowledge and their practical experience. After the seminar, the trainers were always open to answering my questions and questions from others. I really appreciated this.
