Please tell us something about yourself and your professional career.

My name is Joël Büeler. I completed my apprenticeship as a Federal VET Diploma businessman at the BZWU continuing education, further training in the fiduciary sector. I later completed my training as an accounting clerk and finance and accounting specialist at this educational institute.

Why did you choose this school again and again?

I have always chosen this school because I have had very good experiences during my apprenticeship. I was also very satisfied with the school during my first further education course. That's why I'm now also doing my specialist certificate in finance and accounting there.

What do you think is the most important aspect of the school?

My experiences with the teachers and lecturers in particular have been great so far. They have always responded to my needs when I have questions. Comments and questions from the students were also always taken seriously. They always responded well to constructive criticism. This made me decide to complete the finance and accounting specialist course there too.

The Finance and Accounting Specialist course provides me with a great deal of support in my day-to-day work. I can always put newly learned content into practice immediately. This means I can always combine theory and practice perfectly. This is extremely helpful in my day-to-day work.

What do you like best about the current continuing education, further training?

What I like best about the continuing education, further training in finance and accounting is the practical transfer. I can apply the theory I learned at school in my day-to-day work. This has really helped me advance professionally.

Will you also be confronted with challenges on the Finance and Accounting Specialist course?

The challenge for me on the Finance and Accounting Specialist course is to give it my all again in the evening after a hard day's work. I have to sit down and concentrate fully on school in order to be able to complete the tasks correctly. This is strict and the time management is sometimes a challenge.

Has your market value or satisfaction increased as a result of your training in finance?

My own market value was greatly enhanced by the specialist finance and accounting training. I was able to acquire a lot of knowledge that I can also put into practice and pass on to customers. This is a perfect fit for me. It has also greatly increased my satisfaction. It gives me a good feeling to be able to pass on my knowledge to my customers.

When do you particularly enjoy your lessons?

My favorite thing about teaching is when I'm successful. In other words, when I realize that I've learned something in the Finance and Accounting Specialist course and something works out for me... that always gives me a good feeling.

What was the mood like in the class for continuing education, further training in finance and accounting?

The atmosphere in the class was very good. Almost all the students were very hungry for knowledge and had a great desire to learn. That was the most important thing for me.

What did the finance and accounting specialist training do for you personally?

The specialist finance and accounting training has helped me in my day-to-day work. I now have a better understanding of the whole financial sector. I can pass on more specific information to my customers and thus provide them with better support.
