My name is Joël Büeler. I completed my apprenticeship as a commercial clerk EFZ at the BZWU continuing education program in the fiduciary sector. I later completed my training as an accounting clerk and finance and accounting specialist at this educational institute.
I have always opted for BZWU continuing education because I have had very good experiences during my apprenticeship. I was also very satisfied with the school during my first further training course. That's why I'm now also doing the specialist certificate in finance and accounting at BZWU.
My experiences with the teachers and lecturers at the BZWU continuing education program have been great so far. They always responded to my needs when I had questions. Comments and questions from the students were also always taken seriously. Constructive criticism was always well implemented by them. This made me decide to complete the finance and accounting specialist course at the BZWU.
The Finance and Accounting Specialist course provides me with a great deal of support in my day-to-day work. I can always put newly learned content into practice immediately. This means I can always combine theory and practice perfectly. This is extremely helpful in my day-to-day work.

The challenge for me on the Finance and Accounting Specialist course is to give it my all again in the evening after a hard day's work. I have to sit down and concentrate fully on the course in order to complete the tasks correctly. This is strict and the time management is sometimes a challenge.
My own market value was greatly enhanced by the specialist finance and accounting training. I was able to acquire a lot of knowledge that I can also put into practice and pass on to customers. The atmosphere in the class was very good. Almost all the students were very hungry for knowledge and had a great desire to learn. That was the most important thing for me.
