What does “HRSE” stand for? Who is the responsible body?

"HRSE" stands for "Human Resources Swiss Exams," a sponsoring organization—or so-called "organization of the working world" (OdA)—composed of the following members:

  • HR-Swiss (Swiss HR Association)
  • Swiss Business Association
  • Swiss Employers' Association
  • Swissstaffing (Swiss Association of Public Recruitment Agencies)
  • VSAA Association of Swiss Labor Market Authorities
  • VPA Association of Human Resources and Training Professionals

Through this merger, the members—as well as professional and industry associations—aim to promote HR professions and further develop them through high-quality continuing education opportunities. To this end, they are collaborating with key players in the HR field.

By offering training programs at various levels (beginners, professionals, leaders), HRSE ensures a supply of well-trained HR specialists who are in high demand in the job market.
