Are you interested in training or further training in the field of hypnosis and mental coaching? Is it important to you that the training is recognized, as you intend to make this activity your career? Then the European recognized training as a mental and hypnosis coach is certainly a very interesting option.

The modular training is aimed at Integral Coaches or interested parties with an equivalent, recognized training in the field of coaching and lasts approx. 9 days and two evenings. After successfully completing the diploma and two training coaching sessions, you will be able to offer helpful support to people in important phases of their lives using this unique and deeply effective coaching method.

The trained coaches accompany their clients on trance journeys during which they find answers to questions, wishes, dreams and goals from the subconscious and superconscious. As they know the language of the world soul (the so-called analysis of morphogenetic information), they can then help the clients to interpret the information received during the trance journey and put it into practice.

Even without trance sessions, mental and hypnosis coaches can offer their patients helpful support by helping them to let go of habitual patterns and old imprints, heal emotional wounds and uncover and realize new goals and possibilities.

Questions and answers

After completing training in hypnosis coaching (certified psychosocial mental coach CIS), mental coaches have the opportunity to obtain a further qualification by attending a few course days. The following are possible:

Participation in the hypnosis coaching course costs just under CHF 5,000. In addition, there are costs for the certificate of competence, two learning coaching sessions and supervision. The total cost of the hypnosis training course is CHF 6,100.

Topics such as forgiveness, self-love and shadow work, mindfulness, intuition, power animal coaching and atlas coaching are also covered. After completing hypnosis training, participants are able to hypnotize their clients and accompany them on their trance journey. Hypnosis coaches help to discover potential, recognize visions and vocations and enable sustainable change. They anchor new reaction patterns and action strategies in the subconscious, dissolve beliefs and activate self-healing powers. Biographical coaching is also addressed, as are vocation coaching and the soul plan. If you want to work as a mental trainer or mental coach, you have various options for training and further education in Switzerland. As there is no federally recognized training in the non-university sector, there are a large number of different courses with different focuses, also because consultants, coaches or trainers are not protected terms. Only universities of applied sciences offer continuing education courses that provide you with comprehensive training in the field of mental training. These include, for example, the postgraduate course leading to the Certificate of Advanced Studies CAS Psychological & Mental Training in Sport (UAS).
If you do not have a license for this course or would like to continue your education in another way, there are, for example, certificate courses for mental trainers or mental coaches. Basic courses are often offered that provide an initial insight into this exciting subject area and then give interested parties the opportunity to build on this by attending further courses that even include SVEB 1, for example. You will also find continuing education, further training courses that award certification from the European Coaching Association (ECA), such as the ECA Master Mental Coach / Dipl. Mentaltherapeut/in. This European-recognized training, in combination with a basic anatomical training course of 450 hours, also qualifies for registration with ASCA as a mental therapist.
