There are many different options to choose from, so that each family member can learn exactly what they need for everyday life, work, school or travel. Families often stay in vacation apartments for the duration of their stay and attend the Italian school for a few hours in the morning or receive a private teacher at home who teaches everyone individually. If the parents are at the same language level and have the same goal, for example to learn Italian for their vacation, this is a good option. In the event that one of the parents wants to learn business Italian and the other just some vacation Italian, and perhaps three children have completely different levels of Italian, attending a language school is certainly the best way to have time for other leisure activities in the afternoon. If you are interested, please discuss the individual options in detail with the Italian school or language travel provider so that you can find the best solution for your whole family.
Some language travel agencies have a small selection of language schools in Italy that offer special language programs for the whole family. The individual family members usually take part in French courses according to their language skills and age, which are often divided into age groups 3-7 years, 8-12 years and 13-17 years as well as adult language courses. However, this division can vary, also because courses for such young participants are not offered everywhere. Depending on their age, the children and young people learn French in a playful, sporty or scholastic way and, following the language course, are offered a varied leisure program that allows them to play and socialize with their peers. During this time, parents also attend a French course, which they can choose according to their personal preferences or professional goals. Most language schools in France differentiate between standard, intensive and business courses. Individual lessons or lessons for couples are also possible.
