The training to become an SVEB trainer for individual coaching takes about 5 months (minimum 4 months, maximum 3 years). It comprises 90 hours of contact learning time (online or face-to-face). In addition, you should expect 150 hours of practice (in which you apply what you have learned in practice, i.e. teaching or accompanying individual learners) and 165 hours of individual learning time (reading, studying, documenting, etc.).This means a total of 405 hours of study time.

As a vocational trainer in training companies with 40 or 100 learning hours, you already have basic knowledge of adult education. If you want to deepen and expand your knowledge of adult education and perhaps also increase the scope of your learning support, continuing education, further training to obtain the SVEB certificate for trainers - individual support makes sense.
