  • CAS Psychological and mental training in sport

Each CAS is worth 15 ECTS credits and is completed individually. Topics covered include breathing techniques, motivational training, self-talk, psychoregulation training, cognitive training, psychomotor training, visualization, psychophysical regeneration, group structure, intervention options, development phases, team dynamics, understanding roles, conflict management and communication.
