I had always wanted to do a language course. When I realized that I urgently needed to improve my English skills, I decided to invest my summer vacations in a language course.
I was in Bournemouth. It's in the south of England, right by the sea.
I attended the language school during my summer vacation in 2015. I had the opportunity to improve my English for a total of four weeks.
The language study trip was absolutely brilliant. My host family, my host sister and my classmates were a real stroke of luck! We also spent a lot of time together outside of school and did lots of cool things.
The language study trip made me a lot more independent. Despite my initially very poor knowledge of English, I was able to get to my host family by public transport. My grades in English have also improved.
Be open to new experiences. I recommend that you make friends with classmates who speak a different language. The learning effect is greater this way.

The school/provider is great. They took my preferences for a host family into account and responded quickly and competently to my questions. The price-performance ratio was very good.
