The providers of general resource and talent development are usually private schools that use special forms of learning (e.g. small classes, learning contracts, learning coaching, etc.) to cater to their pupils and thus support them individually, taking particular strengths and talents into account.
General talent development programs are already available for young children (e.g. bilingual daycare centers and kindergartens) and throughout compulsory schooling from 1st to 9th grade, for the 10th grade and at upper secondary level as high schools.
As a rule, enrollment is possible at any level and is partly dependent on an aptitude test.
The average cost per school year is CHF 20,000-28,000.
