This continuing education, further training in association management teaches you how to manage Swiss organizations on a voluntary basis. In this way, you will make a significant contribution to your association members, the economic benefits and the common good. With the knowledge you have acquired, you will be able to support your association in all matters as an association manager.

The aim of the management course is to learn the basics of association management so that you can hold various board positions and apply your knowledge accordingly. You will acquire knowledge in all areas of modern association management. A vocational education and training (VET) (or equivalent) and good German language skills as well as initial experience in association management are required.

In continuing education, further training you will deal with organization, management and leadership as well as finance. You will also gain new knowledge in the areas of communication, members and personnel. An important part of the training is also self-management and time management as well as planning and implementation. With all the knowledge you acquire, you will be able to manage the association professionally.
