"Agile coaches are specialized coaches. In principle, coaches accompany people (known as coachees) in various life situations on their journey. They advise and support them on their way to achieving certain goals or solving problems. In agile coaching, such coachees are companies. Agile coaches work together with the management and/or teams as required. They accompany the restructuring or optimization of internal processes and thinking traditions along agile values and principles.
In the digital age, this is of central importance for companies in order to be able to react quickly to new market requirements and thus remain competitive.
Agile coaches use agile methods such as Scrum. To ensure optimal knowledge transfer, they take on different roles in their work: Coach, trainer, mentor and consultant.
