The Federal Diploma of Higher Education for Management Professionals certifies that graduates possess, on the one hand, the fundamental knowledge of business administration, management, and marketing required to lead a department in accordance with economic guidelines. On the other hand, it confirms that they have received thorough training and developed the self-reflection skills necessary to lead direct reports, teams, and groups. This enables them to take on team or group leadership roles, manage a small department, or assume leadership responsibilities in an SME. The Management Specialist program provides comprehensive specialized knowledge across two modules (Management and Leadership).
Through the continuing education, further training program to become a management specialist with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education, you’ll gain in-depth expertise in the areas of leadership and management. This opens up many opportunities for management specialists. After completing the program, you can pursue further education, such as the Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE) to earn a Federal Diploma as a Management Expert or as an SME Business Administrator. You’ll also have access to generalist continuing education programs at Colleges of Higher Education (Certified Business Administrator CHE or Certified Marketing Manager CHE).
