Who is the HR Assistant training program (formerly Personnel Assistant) intended for?

The HR Assistant training program is designed for the following target group:

Individuals who aim to earn a Federal Diploma of Higher Education as an HR Specialist (FPE) and thereby give their career a boost. Successful completion of the HR Assistant training program with an HRSE certificate is a prerequisite for admission to the Federal Professional Examination.
Business professionals and assistants with little or no experience in human resources who wish to acquire a solid foundation of knowledge in this field and, at the same time, open doors to continuing education and further training at the advanced vocational training level
Administrative staff and assistants with HR experience who would like to improve, deepen, or expand their knowledge and skills.
People who are looking for an opportunity to enter or switch into human resources, or to return to the field.
