Career prospects
As an ICT manager in employment, you are part of the management team and can develop and evaluate an ICT strategy within the corporate strategy and process the results. You can design, monitor and continuously improve ICT processes and thus ensure the smooth operation of ICT systems, processes and infrastructures. You will oversee risk management and assess which ICT services can be provided internally and which should be outsourced to external service providers. Finally, you manage teams or entire departments and are responsible for your employees.
