Mobile marketing expertise for Ochsner Hockey AG
After completing his apprenticeship and then working for several years in a travel agency, Jan Tröndle decided to change industries. He found a new professional challenge at Ochsner Hockey AG, which runs the largest field hockey academy in Europe and is also a successful specialist retailer of ice hockey products. There he is responsible for internal and external communication on social media and the company's own website, for optimizing the merchandise management system and the web stores of partners such as the ZSC Lions and BSC Young Boys.
In order to be better prepared for the changes in customer behavior with regard to mobile use for his work in marketing and to be able to integrate these into Ochsner Hockey's website, Jan Tröndle decided to undergo further training on the subject of mobile business and mobile marketing. With the "Mobile Readiness Expert (MMM)" course from Somexcloud (now Digicomp Academy AG), he found exactly the training program that would benefit him in his work and enable him to integrate mobile marketing into his business model.
Practice-oriented training with many workshops in the field of mobile marketing
The knowledge gained in the "Consideration", "Awareness" and "Action" stages on optimizing the customer journey for mobile use was not only covered in theory during the course, but also put into practice. In four workshops, Jan Tröndle was able to create his own personal mobile case, develop a concept, practise on a prototype, work on design and content and decide on a mobile journey with the targeted customer action.
