Performance management is the term used to describe the management of a company that is responsible for regulating the provision of services. This involves calculating and controlling the time required to fulfill services and the resources tied up in the process. This allows the activity performed to be evaluated (time times performance). Such calculations are carried out in order to measure, control and monitor performance and to be able to understand the different application structures and performance levels (processes, departments, teams, employees). This is the only way to continuously optimize individual levels and increase the company's performance.
