Graduates of the certificate have a high level of expertise in project, structure and process management. Solid business management knowledge, knowledge of ICT and change management and the ability to manage social business processes (consulting skills) round off the skills profile.

After successfully completing the Certificate of Specialist in Business Organization, you can take the Advanced Federal Diploma in Organizational Management.

The following criteria apply for admission to the Federal Professional Examination Specialist in Business Organization:

• Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (Federal VET Diploma), Baccalaureate, commercial diploma or equivalent qualification

and

• 2 years of professional experience related to an area of business organization
