Entry into stress coaching usually takes place via basic coaching training, such as the Integral Coach or equivalent training. It provides a solid foundation for the different directions of coaching activities.
There are many different training courses for stress coaches. They are not federally regulated and vary greatly in design, duration and cost depending on the provider.
TheDurationThe range of courses varies between 7 and 15 days, which can be completed as a block or spread over a period of several months. You often have the choice between day, evening and weekend courses.
The courses usually take place in a combinedShapeconsisting of face-to-face and online teaching as well as e-learning.
All training courses can be completed on a part-time basis. In addition to the time required for the lessons, you should also allow sufficient time for self-study, coaching and supervision sessions as well as writing the module and final thesis.
The Stresscoach course costs can vary greatly depending on the number of teaching units and additional support services. You can expect to pay around

- CHF 11,000 to 15,000 for CAS courses
