Returning to work - this career stage mainly affects women, whether after a maternity leave or another longer career break. One option for re-entry is so-called outplacement. This instrument of career reorientation support for employees who have left the company is financed by the company. The aim of this type of re-entry is to help the employees concerned to find a new job in the market that matches their skills. This involves repositioning, but also support in finding a job or even becoming self-employed.
