What can graduates of a commercial course at a business school do?

Business school graduates with an office management diploma are able to receive and support customers and suppliers, operate the switchboard and process incoming mail including emails. They write letters and memos according to specifications, process master data and manage filing systems. You will take on individual tasks in the accounts department.

Graduates of a commercial school or a VSH commercial diploma are prepared to take on more demanding commercial work in the office. They manage correspondence independently, specialize in certain activities and plan their tasks independently.

After completing a commercial apprenticeship, business people with a federal apprenticeship certificate are able to manage an administration department largely on their own. This includes dealing with correspondence, writing offers and contracts, managing files and maintaining contact with customers and suppliers. You will take minutes at meetings, research information and do some of the bookkeeping.
