What training programs are available to become an HR assistant (formerly known as a personnel assistant)? What are the admission requirements, and what degree is awarded?
The path to becoming an HR assistant involves a non-formal continuing education, further training course. It concludes with a certificate issued by the school (internal exam) and/or an HRSE certificate (external exam).
