First you will meet for an orientation interview. Here you will discuss your situation and needs with the career advisor. Together you will determine the goal of the consultation, the procedure, the duration and the costs.
The next step is a detailed assessment of your current position: you clarify your interests and skills, your values, resources and potential.
Career planning builds on this basis: you define your career goals, examine the options for achieving these goals and align your application dossier optimally with your new goals.
Career counseling takes the form of personal interviews. Depending on the provider, diagnostic tests, methods from the fields of counseling and adult education or psychotherapy, coaching based on PSI and other theories and other means are also used.
