The term "Objectives & Key Results (OKR)" refers to an agile framework / method. In simple terms, it is used to define clear objectives (so-called Objectives Results). In other words, it sets out what you want to achieve (what question). On the other hand, key results are defined, i.e. quantifiable and measurable results that must be achieved in order to reach the goal. (How question) This combination of Objectives Results and Key Results provides support to focus on the essentials and to track and measure progress transparently.

The OKRs can be used in various situations and phases within an organization in which clear and measurable goals are desired and the focus can therefore be placed on achieving these goals. For example, in corporate strategy/corporate goals, teamwork, project management, change management, start-ups and growing companies.

In addition to the clear focus and measurable progress, objectives and key results also offer other advantages, for example by increasing the motivation and commitment of team members. They are also very flexible and adaptable due to their agile nature, which also leads to improved performance.

Training on Objectives Results and Key Results (OKR) is generally aimed at managers, executives, team leaders, project managers and employees at various organizational levels.

The costs for Objectives & Key Results (OKR) training are determined by the schools themselves. The costs are made up of the following factors, among others: Duration, scope, supervision, teaching form/location, infrastructure, lecturers, trainers and providers.

It is best to contact the provider of your choice directly.

Note: Enquire directly with the schools - also about additional costs, e.g. for teaching materials, which are often not included in the course fees.

The educational offers for OKR are mostly at the "Certificate of Schools" level.

They therefore usually also conclude with a so-called school certificate/diploma.

The duration of OKR training can vary greatly.

For example, there are short "basic" training courses that focus on teaching the basics and last a few hours/days.

However, there are also extensive courses that can last several days/weeks. This gives you the opportunity to delve deeper into various topics relating to OAR.
