The right work-life balance is important to me," says Denise Brüngger, who brings almost 20 years of marketing experience to her current position as an online and B2B marketing specialist at Topwell Apotheken AG. However, if you look at her career and the skills she has acquired over the years, you would hardly think so. After all, Brüngger has taken a number of career steps since graduating from commercial college with a vocational baccalaureate in 2000. For example, she built new websites and Facebook fan pages for Matra, Robert Aebi and Topwell Apotheken, ran product launch campaigns, has specialist knowledge in project management and rebranding, the Magento store system, the Modulpark, Typo3 and Sitecore content management systems, holds a federal certificate as a marketing planner and also completed a distance learning course to become an e-commerce manager in 2009 alongside her professional activities.

Responsibility for online communication in the B2B and B2C sectors
Denise Brüngger particularly enjoys content management in her job, including SEO, newsletters and campaigns, which led her to apply for the NDS-HF postgraduate course in online marketing in 2017, which she successfully completed at the beginning of 2019. She was able to integrate the knowledge she acquired during this further training directly into her day-to-day work, where she is responsible for the further development and maintenance of the Topwell Pharmacies website and content management, including SEO, as well as being the specialist contact person for online marketing and B2B marketing. She independently implements marketing activities in B2C and B2B and is responsible for all online communication in these areas. She also develops and implements corporate client strategies, plans and implements PR and is entrusted with article maintenance.

In order to successfully manage her tasks, she needs in-depth online marketing skills, which Brüngger was able to acquire during her further training to become a certified Online Marketing Manager NDS-HF.
