This allows students to organize their time for further education individually, regardless of when and from where.
Training to become a real estate manager (BP) is aimed at people who already work in the real estate industry, would like to take on higher-level tasks in real estate management and/or lead a management team. The federal certificate helps them to develop further. The certificate also confirms that you have the sound knowledge required to manage real estate independently.
Anyone wishing to train to become a real estate manager should have analytical skills, customer orientation, a willingness to provide service and good knowledge of business management and construction technology. To be admitted to the professional examination, you must have one of the following qualifications, including at least three years of professional experience in the real estate industry:
If you do not have any of the above-mentioned qualifications, you need at least five years of full-time practice in a profession in the real estate industry (including two years in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein) to qualify as a real estate manager.

The Real Estate Manager course with a federal certificate can be completed in two different forms:
The second course is more expensive, as it is a classroom-based course with video conferences, a forum, 1:1 mentoring, online events and the use of iPads. Please also note that you can claim 50% of the course price back from the federal government after the "Real Estate Manager" professional examination. This means that the self-guided course effectively costs students CHF 2,650 and the mentoring variant CHF 3,950.
According to various studies, online training courses that are professionally and didactically structured are just as good or better than traditional face-to-face teaching. The online lessons at eFachausweis offer a lot of variety and can be adapted to personal preferences. This is the recipe for success of our online real estate management training courses. Anyone who completes such a course to become a real estate manager shows that they are open-minded and innovative - but also demonstrates their digital competence and discipline.
