This allows students to organize their time for continuing education, further training individually, regardless of when and from where.
Training to become a real estate manager (FPE) is aimed at people who already work in the real estate industry, would like to take on higher-level tasks in real estate management and/or lead a management team. The federal certificate helps them to develop further. The certificate also confirms that you have the sound knowledge required to manage real estate independently.
Anyone wishing to train to become a real estate manager should have analytical skills, customer orientation, a willingness to provide service and good business and construction knowledge. To be admitted to the Federal Professional Examination, you must have one of the following qualifications, including at least three years of professional experience in the real estate industry:
If you do not have any of the above-mentioned qualifications, you need at least five years of full-time practice in a real estate profession (including two years in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein) to qualify for continuing education, further training in real estate management.

The real estate manager training course is structured as follows:
The Real Estate Manager course with Federal Diploma of Higher Education can be completed in two different forms:
The second course is more expensive as it is a classroom-based course with video conferences, a forum, 1:1 mentoring, online events and the use of iPads. Please also note that you can claim 50% of the course price back from the federal government after passing the Federal Professional Examination in Real Estate Management. This means that the self-guided course effectively costs students CHF 2,650 and the mentoring variant CHF 3,950.
According to various studies, online courses that are well-structured in terms of both subject matter and teaching methods are just as effective as traditional in-person instruction. The online courses offered by eFachausweis provide plenty of variety and can be tailored to individual preferences. This is the secret to the success of eFachausweis’s online training program for real estate managers. Anyone who completes such a course to become a real estate manager demonstrates an open-minded and innovative approach—while also proving their digital competence and discipline.
