My name is Markus Broder and I come from Oensingen. I am 56 years old and have two children. I originally trained as an electrician, studied IT and am a qualified adult educator (SVEB 1) and business economist. I recently completed my coaching training. Today I am head of training, coaching and methodology in a large insurance company and manage 10 people.
At DEINSEMINAR I attended the in-depth diploma course in solution-oriented coaching. This course lasted 9 months and was concluded with an examination. Since passing the diploma examination, I have held the title of certified solution-oriented coach.
I decided to do the solution-oriented coaching course because I wanted to further my education in coaching in general.
I originally searched the internet for a suitable coaching course in the field of solution-oriented coaching. What was particularly important to me were suitable school days. The course times at DEINSEMINAR take place once a month on Friday afternoons and Saturdays. DEINSEMINAR also seemed very appealing to me, which was a decisive factor in my decision.
My training as a solution-oriented coach helps me a lot in my professional environment. I can use the knowledge I have gained in my job almost every day. I need solution-oriented coaching in individual coaching of employees or managers to overcome general challenges in the professional environment. I also became self-employed on the side and now have my own coaching agency. But it has also helped me personally.
What I liked best about the solution-oriented coaching course was the good understanding and cohesion among the participants. We had many good personal conversations and exchanged ideas intensively with each other. This promoted our further development and also helped us a lot personally.
The challenge of the solution-oriented coach course was the confrontation with myself. This can sometimes be very difficult. But it was precisely this that really helped me move forward.
I find it difficult to define my personal market value and its increase through further training in solution-oriented coaching. However, I personally find it very valuable to be able to accompany people through coaching. Of course, solution-oriented coaching is also a sought-after position in the business world at the moment. Coaching and the entire working methodology that helps people to change, to master new challenges and new forms of cooperation are currently very much in demand. In this respect, I think the training in solution-oriented coaching will improve the market value.
My satisfaction has also increased as a result of the coaching training. There were a few aha effects for me. I now know where I stand in life and which things I struggle with. Some of these have already been resolved through personal coaching with the DEINSEMINAR lecturer during the solution-oriented coaching training. This coaching has already enabled me to develop in a targeted way.
I particularly liked the mutual coaching during the training. This allowed us to immediately apply the theory we learned in the solution-oriented coaching training in practice. I was able to draw good insights from this for my later professional work.
Thanks to the solution-oriented coaching training, I was able to achieve several goals. Firstly, to successfully train as a solution-oriented coach. On the other hand, I was also able to advance my personal development. Of course, I also founded and set up my own coaching agency. I offer coaching and consulting there. I use solution-oriented coaching to help people enter the digital world of work, for example.
I was fascinated by how the lecturer Ursula Rolli from DEINSEMINAR told us about her personal life and shared her experiences with us in the solution-oriented coaching course. She lives coaching. You can really feel this. She was able to pick us up in a simple way. She got the feeling for coaching and the necessary emotions out of us in the simplest way. With her manner, she quickly brought us to aha-experiences. I thought that was particularly great and really impressed me.
I would recommend the solution-oriented coaching course to anyone who also wants to develop personally. Of course, this also applies to anyone who would like to work as an independent coach or coach employees in a company in a solution-oriented manner.
Yes, my "aha" moment during my training as a coach was: "Keep it simple". Stick to simple questions. The coach or client is the expert. I, on the other hand, don't actually have to know or assume anything, just ask. As an interested companion, ask simple questions. This was my "aha" moment during the solution-oriented coaching training.
The atmosphere in our class during the solution-oriented coaching course was excellent. We had a great team spirit and did a lot together.
What I liked best about the DEINSEMINAR training institute was the exchange with each other. We were able to benefit from each other during the solution-oriented coaching course. The lecturer Ursula Rolli simply inspired us at all times. She was able to motivate us - even early in the morning when we were still a bit tired. She got everything out of us. That was really amazing for me. I will continue to network with DEINSEMINAR in the future.
